My first deal closed in under a week and honestly I had no clue what I was doing. They walked me through every step and the check still cleared.
/ Raleigh
I’m not a paperwork guy. Somebody handled the title, the attorney, all of it. I just kept knocking on doors and finding houses.
/ Greensboro
I send a deal over in the morning and I’ve got a real answer by the afternoon. I’m done guessing about which houses are actually worth chasing.
/ Wilmington
I’ve spent years building my buyer list. Now the deals just show up ready and I place them. My phone is basically my paycheck.
/ Charlotte
I used to piece contracts together off the internet and hope they’d hold up. Now every document I’ll ever need is already here, done right — no guessing, no learning the hard way.
/ Fayetteville
I quit my job the day I figured out this could actually be a career and not just a side hustle. Best decision I’ve made in years.
/ Cary
Reco handled the underwriting, dispo, attorney engagement, and closing — all I had to manage was the seller.
/ Greensboro
I bring the buyer relationships, they bring the deals. First time my network has ever actually paid me what it’s worth.
/ Greensboro
I used to lose good deals because I was too slow running the numbers myself. Now I get a clear yes or no, and I can move on it with confidence.
/ High Point
Years doing this and I’ve never had a closing go this smooth. The coordinator and closing attorney had every document ready — I just brought it home with my seller.
/ Concord
I’m one person, but with them behind me I close like a company with thirty. Buyers honestly can’t tell the difference.
/ Raleigh
I almost walked away from this business last year. This is the first time it’s felt like I’m building something that’s actually mine.

Questions, answered.
Is this a job?
No. You run your own business as an independent operator — Reco is the infrastructure you run it on, not your employer. You set your own hours and work however works for you.
How do I get paid?
The buyer pays you directly when the deal closes — no salary, no base pay.
How much can I earn?
You earn a share of the spread on every deal that closes — no salary, no ceiling. Closing members typically target $100k–$200k a year.
How is this different from a wholesale shop?
Unlike a wholesale shop, you’re not an employee — you own your business, your relationships, and your schedule. The difference is the stack behind you: it handles everything around the deal, so you close faster and more consistently than you ever could alone.
Do I need experience or a license?
No experience needed — the team walks you through your first deals. A license isn’t required either; whether you carry one is entirely up to you.
What does it cost?
One flat membership — $99/mo — for full access to the stack. No per-deal fees; you just cover your own business costs, and acquisition members can add paid lead access if they want it.
