This Privacy Policy explains how Reco Direct, LLC (“Reco Direct,” “Reco,” “we,” “us”), a North Carolina limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit recodirect.com or request an invitation to our program.
Information we collect
When you submit an invitation request or a contact message, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, market, and any details you share about how you work.
We also automatically collect limited technical information, such as your browser type and the page you submitted from, to help us prevent abuse and improve the site.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to evaluate your interest in the program, to contact you about your request, and to operate and improve Reco Direct.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
If you check the SMS opt-in box on our join form or on a deal page, you agree to receive text messages from Reco about your membership, deal alerts, and bid status updates at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of membership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages. Reply HELP for help at any time, or email support@recodirect.com.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our website hosting, database, email, and text message delivery providers (including platform providers and phone companies). These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How we store and protect information
Submissions are stored in our secure database and are accessible only to authorized Reco staff. We retain this information for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your request.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing support@recodirect.com.
